What to do in case of a complaint?

If you would like to complain about one of our products, please contact us first. In the event of a complaint, please do not return any products to us without consulting us. First fill out the return form on our website https://www.widmann.com/en/return-an-article or send us an email to info@widmann.com with the keyword "complaint". Tell us the order number and article number or alternatively the product name, the batch number printed on the jar and the expiry date. Please tell us the reason for your complaint. We will then inform you whether you should return the product to us. In the case of a return, you will receive a corresponding parcel stamp by email. After checking the complaint and, if necessary, after inspecting the product, we will credit you the purchase price via the payment method you selected when ordering.
